Who It's For
For couples and families
By David Verdesi · Updated
This work meets couples and families who want to steady the relationships that matter most. It is not therapy and does not replace therapy. It is a private dialogue with a teacher about the love, honesty, and direction underneath a relationship — how it is being lived and how it could be lived more truly.
What couples bring
Couples usually arrive not in crisis but in a question. Something has shifted, or something has quietly stayed the same for too long. The work makes room for both people to be honest at the level where honesty actually changes things.
What families bring
Families come with the harder questions: what to protect across generations, how to lead without controlling, how to hold difference without breaking connection. The conversation focuses on the vector of the relationships, not on prescriptions for behavior.
Boundaries
This work is not clinical care. It is not couples therapy, family therapy, mediation, or medical treatment. When those are needed, they are needed, and this work does not replace them. What it offers is different: a steady, adult dialogue about how love and clarity are actually operating between you.
How it is offered
Format is decided after a preliminary consultation — some sessions include both partners, some are individual, some alternate. The frame is always the same one-year private relationship with David.
